Everything You Need to Know

What's the difference between Send-It-Yourself and Full Service?
Send-It-Yourself ships the full kit to your venue and your team runs the station, done in about 20 minutes. Full Service sends one of our specialists to set up, run and pack down the whole thing. Every activation offers Full Service. Live Monogramming is Full Service only, since it takes a trained artisan to run the hot-stamping press safely.
How far in advance should I book?
Book at least 3 to 4 weeks before your celebration so we have time to design any personalised branding and confirm your slot. Peak season (April to June, September to November) fills up faster, so earlier is better. Order at least 7 days before your event so we have time to design and pack your kit. For peak seasons (April to June, September to November) we recommend 3 to 4 weeks. Last-minute? Call us directly and we'll see what we can do.
Can I run more than one activation at the same event?
Yes. Most events run two side by side, and some run three. Guests can visit both. We offer a discount on combined orders. Ask about it in the quote form.
Do you travel to our venue?
For Send-It-Yourself kits, we ship directly to your venue. For Full Service bookings, our team travels to your location. A travel surcharge may apply outside our standard area and will be noted clearly in your quote.
How long does setup take?
The Send-It-Yourself kit sets up in about 20 minutes. Lay out the table cover, arrange the items using the included guide, and you're ready. For Full Service bookings, our team arrives 60 to 90 minutes early.
Is there a minimum guest count?
No minimum. Most intimate celebrations and dinners of 20 to 50 guests work well with our smallest package. Tell us your guest count in the quote form and we'll recommend the right size. No minimum.
